Workshop 1 & 4 - Mobile Phone Photography

Presenter: Phillipa Frederiksen EFIAP MAPS SSAPS

Workshop Details:  An interactive Q&A with tips and tricks on how to take and edit images on your mobile device and end up with amazing results.

Workshop 2 & 5 - Facebook - Beyond Social Media

Presenter: Sarah Debenham
Times: 9.15am – 10:15am  &  10:45am – 11:45am

Workshop Details:  This workshop will focus on how Facebook can be used for more photographic uses than the traditional posted images . Competitions and other uses more suited to photographers rather than just social comments are possible and Sarah will introduce us to these and other features. Opportunity will be given to members to raise issues for discussion through the MC for the session.

Workshop 3 & 6 - How to be Successful in National and Int'l Exhibitions

Presenter: Dr Roy Killen EFIAP APSEM GMPSA
Times: 9.15am – 10:15am  &  10:45am – 11:45am

Workshop Details: This is a workshop for both beginners and experienced photographers. Based on experience as a successful exhibitor and as an organiser of a National and an International Exhibition, Roy will present strategies for taking and preparing images for both digital and print exhibitions. He will describe how to avoid the pitfalls that commonly result in images being rejected and suggest ways of improving your exhibition success. There will be ample time for questions from the audience.
