APS Competitions

The APS conducts a variety of competitions, most divisions conduct their own competitions as well as the folio result awards. These are in addition to the APS's own annual National exhibition which is exhibited during APSCON, and the annual Australian Digital Photography Awards for digital projected images. There is also an annual competition against New Zealand in the print, slide and nature sections. Acceptances in these Trans Tasman Competitions attract a very valuable five points towards the attainment of APS Honours under the Exhibition System. There is also an annual Four Nations digital competition between Australia, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa.

Nationals and Internationals

Nationals and Internationals are held throughout Australia and worldwide. Nationals have been approved by the APS. Internationals have been endorsed by FIAP and PSA.
