Great feedback thanks Margaret. Anchors/focal points have always been a problem for me, I have always found trying to work around a point limits the scope of the view, I do understand the background notion though. Thanks again.

This is similar to your previous image "Twisted' which I liked a lot more so now I have to work out why I think the other one works better. I think it is because the other had a path but this one has no particular place within it to regard as the subject. That is presumably the point you are making, that when lost everything becomes similar and you can't find your way out. However visually I think it needs an anchor or it becomes like
a background . Unlike the other one, this one does not need a vignette. It is dark enough round its edges.
