Important:

Have you registered your interest in applying for FIAP Distinctions with the FIAP Liaison Officer? If not, please Register Now.   This is essential for all intending applicants as short notice changes can be made to documents and application requirements (even after the new years documents have been released here). Registering your interest will ensure you are notified of any changes for that year. Failure to register may result in you missing an important update and thus your application may be unsuccessful.

Closing Dates for Applications Each Year
The closing date for FIAP Skill Distinctions (AFIAP, EFIAP and EFIAP Levels): 28th February.

MFIAP & FIAP Service Distinctions: 15th December.

Applications for all except MFIAP and Service Distinctions can be lodged with the APS FIAP Liaison Officer after 1st January.

Documents for Applications
The below table contains the documents required for Australians seeking FIAP Distinctions. As FIAP can make changes at any point in the year, these documents may change. Please check back around December each year to ensure you have the final documents for the upcoming application round. If all documents have been finalised for the upcoming year, the year will be indicated below.

The Documents below apply to 2023 applications.
